@AliceTalksFooty What about the wages? Should we give £250k per week for a 21 year old when some of our established key players earn lesser?

Matues Fernandes is not worth £85m but the market is inflated. Baleba and Alex Scott (our alternatives) will be a similar fee. Personally think United should've paid up and got it done even if the price is a JOKE for a relegated player.

@chiamakaafc Not his fault but he is a relegated player. Usually when that happens, the value dips a bit but here it has increased by close to £50m in the one season. When Kobbie is earning £120k per week, you can't give Matheus £250k per week. It just doesn't make sense.

People may laugh at Manchester United for this or call them broke, but they’re actually setting a standard in the transfer market by not overpaying. Now clubs will think twice before trying to bend them over, knowing United won’t pay inflated fees. It’s the same approach Arsenal have adopted in recent years. Liverpool overpaid for Wirtz and paid for it by overpaying for Isak too, Chelsea have faced a similar predicament. Splashing huge money on undervalued players always comes with consequences. United are not Manchester city or PSG with Arab money. United fans may not be happy right now, but trust me, this is the best approach for your club.

Who will be our midfield marquee signing then? Anderson to City. Fernandes to Spurs. Wharton? Baleba?

🚨🇧🇷 Arsenal made formal approach in last 24h for Bruno Guimarães. Plan to try open talks for £55m was immediately rejected by Newcastle. #NUFC want to keep Bruno and told Arsenal they won’t sell for that fee. 🎥 youtu.be/cGrURuO1rYA

Football fans overcomplicate everything. You don't need 15 trophies or 500 goals to be a legend. If a player made you fall in love with football, they're a legend. Who's yours?

@UnitedStandMUFC My question is why do we still have Malacia at this club . He is basically making up numbers .Anyway I don't think we have that much of an immediate problem in defence like in midfield . CASEMIRO is leaving , we would need at least 2 midfielders .

🚨 Ruben Amorim pushed for a LB, and Carrick won't have a firm, valued opinion. If the system changes, it will be unknown as to what exactly is of interest. There aren't really any concrete fullback targets yet, LW over fullback is the focus at this stage. If Maguire stays, the club may focus on a LW that can play LB. If Maguire goes, the club may focus on a left-sided CB that can play LB. On the right-hand side, they needto think about the future and whether they need a younger player there. Some people supported this man over the club and what it stands for. Ruben didn’t give a crap about us, he cared more about his ego and being “right” in the end. Yet some fans were hating on youth players, Mainoo, Fletcher and Carrick for him 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Some fans tried to justify him playing half the squad out of position, not giving Mainoo one start and making defensive subs every week🤣 They said his 32% win rate is because the squad is awful, but when Carrick wins it’s now Amorim built the foundations….🤣

Three weeks on, Ruben Amorim still hasn’t said a word to the Manchester United supporters who showed him extraordinary, often irrational loyalty. He pocketed his £10m payoff, walked away smiling, leaving his most loyal cultist followers clinging to a myth he clearly doesn’t care enough to even recognise. Moyes issued a statement. Van Gaal offered heartfelt thanks. Mourinho made a statement too. Ole gave an emotional farewell. Ten Hag wrote an open letter. Amorim? That deafening silence says everything.
Adam@AdamJoseph

Ruben Amorim didn't stand up to the club ownership, he engineered his own sacking. He is no martyr & shouldn't be treated like one. He didn't care about being sacked & was happy to leave Manchester United.

@imo_omar @UTDKara The point is Carrick is never gonna play possession football. Its always gonna be defend deep and use transitions - Amorim tried to be different. Tried to play prolly Pep-like football(atleast in the long term) but maybe United and its fans don't want that and don't wanna wait

@imo_omar @UTDKara What if we look at it like this- 1st goal was an Arsenal mistake, 2nd and 3rd were bangers from individual quality. Don't forget we had highest xG and big chances in the league till Amorim was there. The players just didn't convert and now they score bangers.

Why aren’t Cunha and Bruno Fernandes playing together? Simple different coach, different formation, different tactics. Can we please stop this agenda? It doesn’t make sense. If Amorim didn’t start Kobbie ahead of Cunha or Bruno, that was his game plan. Now Carrick rates Dorgu and Bruno ahead of Cunha because of his game plan and it’s clearly working. So let’s rest it.
Queku Mainoo@UTDQueku_

So Mainoo and Bruno can play on the same pitch without competing with each other for a position. Amorim should be arrested; that man nearly destroyed our mental health.😭😭
