After 6 weeks of botched attempts to process a refund (and then being "accidentally charged again" instead of being refunded) I can honestly say that @Visiondirect_UK has the worst off-shore-held-together-by-gaffer-tape phone service I've ever encountered.

I have been shopping while Vision Direct @Visiondirect_UK for many years and the 'support' I just received via what is seemingly a chatbot was completely unhelpful and did not assist whatsoever. Furthermore, they are now partnered with EVRi who rebranded because they are that bad! Do not buy from them anymore is my advice.

@Visiondirect_UK EVRi left the parcel on my doorstep in a city centre location in full view in an area with high parcel theft. If I may ask why have you: 1. Seemingly stopped using postable boxes?! 2. Why have you opted to use the worst parcel delivery company in the country? It was extremely fortunate that the parcel was not stolen. If this is your new level of customer service I am not going to buy from you again as I can only foresee problems and inconvenience.

@Visiondirect_UK I've been ur contact lens customer for 3 years. I been noticing from last 6 months that quality of your lenses has so much worsened. The lens rip apart while i wear them, also while wearing them. I was left a piece in my eye nearly damaging my eye. #contactlens
