I sat down with @rfinney, Director of MIS at UT Austin @UTexasMcCombs, to decode the "Resilience Code."

If you're in B2B Sales - Pull up a chair and listen.
I didn’t close 70+ B2B clients at $50K a pop by thinking like a "closer"
I was trained through these sales doctrines.
This is the kind of book they only teach in Esoteric Sales Cults. The type that meet in Manhattan basements after 1:00AM.
Below a 40% close rate?
You quietly taken out back.
If you want to unveil the secrets, close deals effortlessly and see results on day 1
You need the forbidden DaDD™ doctrine.

#CIOChat Q3: This is where narrowly-focused agents can be the most powerful -- using agentic to drive thru and clarify boundaries (expected pattern fulfillment vs unexpected - subsets of accidental (fat fingering), or malicious). Token use/cost has to be accounted for but as those costs go down, we'll see more of this.

#CIOChat Q3: Detection + response only go so far now. How are CIOs designing feedback loops that let defenses improve in real time, like antibodies that get smarter after every encounter?
What lessons from developing your own “immune responses” should peers know?

It's impossible to keep up with technical debt at scale. At least it's not possible if your business isn't selling technology, and even for those companies, product managers have to pick their battles. It's about managing technical debt.

Football is back! Old Coach says, "You can be the hitter or the "hittee"...which one is it gonna be?" Off the field, you can be the mover or the "movee" - are you moving others or being moved? Action is the #1 counter to overthinking.

@alicia_dut62471 @cliftonaduncan Alicia, what are you doing differently?

@iruletheworldmo Looks like we’re going back to an economy of small businesses, craftsmen and away from ‘industrial jobs’ or manufacturing. We need to make a path for displaced folks to create their next incomes. #SBA

i’ll be incredibly conservative here.
we’re maybe 10 years away from automating every manufacturing and warehouse job on earth (~530m), every driver and delivery role (~180m), most software and coding (~40m), and at least a quarter of white collar work (~350m).
that’s over a billion people whose job functions are directly exposed to systems that already exist, just not yet deployed at scale.
this isn’t sci-fi. it’s spreadsheets. it’s extrapolations. it’s watching code quality from frontier models improve week by week and noticing how little friction is left between “experimental” and “operational.”
if you run the numbers, even with retraining, even with new sectors, even with optimistic assumptions — unemployment in the US, EU, and China probably climbs 2–4%.
not a collapse, but a structural drag. a permanent overhang.
most people still think we’re in the magic trick phase of AI.
we’re not. we’re in the reallocation phase.
and the real shock isn’t what AI will do. it’s how fast we’ll pretend it isn’t doing it.

I have 50+ businesses each paying me $1,000+ per month
THAT’S $50k+ MRR EVERY SINGLE MONTH
All from one offer.
One system.
Just done over and over again.
There are millions of local businesses.
You don’t need a new strategy.
You need volume.
If you’re still trying to land one “perfect client”
You’re thinking too small.
If you want the exact offer I sell, comment “volume”
MUST like + follow so I can send you the guide.

@sweatystartup This was the secret to Allen Iverson’s success at Nucor Steel -incentives were aligned so well, real teaming happened naturally and HR was done by self-regulating teams.
