I never had the package in my hands since @PurolatorInc didn’t deliver it. Amazon has had the package back now for 3 days and still no refund. It should be in the exact same condition as was when it left the warehouse. @Wayfair issues a refund the minute it gets sent back, that’s what you call excellent customer service.

@amazonca used to issue refunds quickly but I guess that’s another thing that no longer exists. After losing a recent consumer protection case in B.C. ($20000) you’d think #Amazon would stop playing games with Canadian customers. But no problem, the lawyers love it 💰💰🤑

@Wayfair why is returning an item such a huge hassle? You get the benefits of selling online and with that comes return of the product if it is not up to par or as described. Continuous questions/ requests to take pictures and additional pictures, sizes with measurement etc are all dishonest tactics to frustrate the customer and avoid a return. Need my items returned as I am not happy with the product. Help
