Which is more economical? buying the index or the individual stock in the index? 1. Buying the index is more efficient for investors with lower capital 2. Investors with more capital, time, and expertise can build their own customized index 3. It also goes beyond cost; if you have no experience or time, you should be in a fund with a professional asset manager. Match your investing to your objectives.

@DrPPatrickk @Deborah09072 @TobiOdukoyaFilm The average Nigerian is not Lagoon hospital target audience. There are other good private hospitals that won’t charge as much. Once it’s health like this sentiment dey always enter. Sentiment that helps no one.

I went to this hospital at Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja Lagos I wanted to see the gynecologist. I paid for registration, 23,766 Paid for consultation, 119,000 Paid for tests close to 350k (it was about three hundred and forty something) Minus my T.fare o Now after close to a month, my results are ready. Oya o, tell me what the tests says. NO, I HAVE TO PAY 64,000 FIRST before the gynecologist can interpret what my tests says. I almost lost it with them! They said it's the policy. And frankly i don't have 64k to pay for tests interpretation. I told them to send the results to my mail. I'm so heartbroken and disappointed.

What a privilege it is to afford a gym, buy healthy food, pay bills, have legs that walk, eyes that see, a brain that functions, work every day, and take our bodies to their full potential.

Honestly! If you ask me it’s more risky than placing your money in piggyvest savings accounts, money market funds and fixed income. The chances that someone can disappear with people funds is giving the same level of risk stocks has. Cos the market can crash and just go down down.

Ajo is one of the best saving strategies ever created and most people do not realize why. It forces consistency. You cannot skip a month because other people are counting on you. That social pressure does what willpower alone cannot. It gives you lump sum access at predictable intervals. No app does this better than a trusted ajo group. The only weakness is that your money earns zero returns while it sits. Inflation eats it quietly. The upgrade is simple. Keep the discipline ajo taught you but redirect the money into instruments that actually grow. Treasury bills. Money market funds. Stocks. Ajo is not outdated. It is the foundation. What you build on top of it is what determines whether you stay comfortable or become wealthy.
POOJA!!!@PoojaMedia

Is Ajo a good saving strategy?

There is no subject called Personal Finance in the Nigerian education system. Not in primary school. Not in secondary school. Not in university. We teach children algebra they will never use but we do not teach them how to budget, save, invest, manage debt, or understand taxes. Then we release them into an economy with 15% inflation and wonder why they are broke at 30. The system did not prepare them. It prepared them for exams. Not for life.

Your emergency fund is not an investment. It is insurance. Three to six months of living expenses. In a money market fund or high-yield savings account. Not in stocks. Not in business. Not lent to anybody. When you lose your job or have a medical emergency, this money keeps you alive without forcing you to sell investments at a loss.

@WealthwithMiah @TobiOdukoyaFilm money in critical situations. That’s where the “humanity” part comes in. A society can’t fully rely on “if you can’t afford it, go elsewhere” when it comes to health emergencies. There needs to be a balance between sustainability and access to care.

@Deborah09072 @TobiOdukoyaFilm Unfortunately, those systems need to be set up by the government. Private hospitals can’t afford to provide care without being paid. And if it’s not about luxury service a government hospital will should suffice then.

@WealthwithMiah @TobiOdukoyaFilm I understand your point, but I think it oversimplifies the issue. Healthcare is not like cinema or restaurant it’s a basic human need, not a luxury service. Yes, hospitals have operational costs, but there should still be systems that ensure people are not denied care because of
