@CreekDog502 @MattSakR2NG My answer is.. I don’t act like a 30th or 40th ranked 4 star is a bad thing (ie. SGA).. I DO act like a 130th ranked 4 star is meh, or whatever…(ie. Trent Noah). Sure there will be 1 or 2 hits from the 100-150 range.. but will be majority misses.

But statistically speaking a higher percentage of 5 star players are going to be successful high level D1 players than 4 stars.And Kentuckys issue this year was high end talent

Multiple things are true: 1. Kentucky will NEVER lose its standard and BBN should never stop demanding it 2. The results of this season were NOT acceptable 3. Pope is going to be back, along with several returning players 4. BBN should 100% get behind them and support them

Since the 2021 KHSAA boys basketball state championship when it went back to Sat. morning semis and Sat. night finals, 3 champions have come from the 1st semi game and 3 champions have come from the 2nd semi game. Seems like there is no clear advantage for 1st semi winner.
