A Target employee was cutting the shrink wrap on sealed Pokémon products (Prismatic Evolutions ETBs in the video) and stated that it's a directive from Corporate to prevent scalpers from purchasing products solely to flip. How do you all feel about this? Target W or Target L? 🎯 #PokemonTCG

Requiring ID for Pokemon Japan products, banning vendors from selling graded cards at events and things are just getting started and honestly… you all deserve it. Pokemon sees that the hobby is shrinking and becoming a very elitist cult and in its current state it cannot grow if people cannot even get in. Buckle up and get what money you can because the bubble is getting very close to popping.

If I showed these to someone outside the hobby, they would assume they were the same card. The market disagrees by $102. Make it make sense.

Hot take: Pokemon will only go up in price forever. Whatever dip you’re looking for is never coming. There have been two mediocre sets released back to back and we are still in “up only “ mode. Buy that card you want now. You might never get a chance at these prices again.
