I used to book 5% of calls from cold outreach, now I book 18%

Group 1: Complaining about inflation, politics, wars, high prices, AI taking jobs, and basically anything they don’t have control over.
Group 2: Taking action on the things they actually do have control over.

the real playbook is: chair --> sofa --> chair --> bed --> make a DIY standing desk --> realise it doesn’t work --> eat a fkn protein bar or smth --> repeat.

genuine question for people who work 12+ hour days at home how like physically how do you sit in the same chair for 12 hours straight? do you move around? do you have some sort of system? my back is in absolute ruins after like 4 hours at my desk. i'm convinced half of it is my chair might be mid but i also feel like even with a good chair sitting for that long would still destroy you someone give me the actual hacks because "take breaks and stretch" is some soft ass cope

@WritesToProfit You can't sign a 10K client without recommendations though and they usually come from the 3K clients. Have you discovered any shortcuts?
