This is FALSE.
No criminals or gang members are eligible under the bill, period. That includes domestic violence and all forms of trafficking.
Moreover, the Dignity Act INCREASES the penalty for child sex trafficking, higher than any other proposed bill (Section 1305). It also REVOKES VISAS for any family members of drug traffickers (Section 1306).

This is a new idea, modeled on the Rural Physician Loan Repayment program AND we’re open to feedback. It’s not core to the bill. And with new funding for DHS personnel under H.R. 1, the OBBB, it may not even be necessary.
Bottom line: we’re focused on what matters: enforcement, accountability, and getting this right.

WRONG.. and it’s ironic because this completely ignores what the bill actually does.
It does NOT block deportations.
Recent arrivals (who came under Biden) are deportable.
Criminals are deportable. No exceptions so ICE can focus on their important mission.
This section ensures people eligible for the Dignity Program (must have evidence of being here BEFORE 2021) are not deported while they are applying for Dignity Program. If they fail to meet processing requirements, they will be deported.
However, the 24 month timeline is likely too long. It can be shortened significantly to sync up with the time needed to stand up the Dignity program.
That’s how legislating works… it gets refined. And yes, I welcome the feedback.
As my #1 fan @basedMikeLee can tell you, we are on the 3rd(?) version of the SAVE America Act because small changes to text actually have big implications. Most bills are amended along the way.

None of these are currently codified in law, and until they are, they can keep being changed by the Executive. And therefore border and enforcement policy will keep changing whenever the White House changes.
Participants in Dignity Program (not Amnesty) cannot become citizens and therefore cannot vote. The bill actually increases penalties for any illegal or non-citizen caught voting or attempting to vote, as well as for attempted border re-crossers, child sex traffickers, etc.

Do you know what will happen if Salazar's amnesty bill is passed and signed by President Trump? It will eventually cause even more illegal migration because it will further expectations of serial amnesty. All these new "legal" citizens will soon be voting. It will be adding millions to the social security and Medicare programs which is already in jeopardy. It rewards lawlessness. I'm a hard "NO" on this.

The evidence is CDC data shows most outbreaks are imported from travelers returning from 3rd world countries and spreading it low vaccinated communities.
But surely the unvaccinated 3rd worlders coming from those countries the outbreaks are generated in are completely clean and not responsible whatsoever.

Infections from other countries accounted for only about 10% of measles cases since the outbreak began in January 2025. Most were from undervaccinated communities of Americans.
The actual problem isn't which schedule you choose. It's how you change it. RFK couldn't even be bothered to go through his pre-selected committee. Instead he had the vaccine schedule changed by presidential order, something that has never occurred in US history. And with ZERO science to back it up!
