@RedTeamTactics In 2021 I was told that if I bought CrowdStrike then we would not be breached (it was a very poorly worded reference to their breach guarantee). Interestingly, in the same week a friend of mine working on an IR was cleaning up a breach at a CS customer 😂

CTI in many (most?) organizations is a waste of money. If you're not going to do CTI right, free those resources up for other areas of security.

When I ran public companies if I lied to my shareholders I would put in jail. The damage he has caused by this lie resulting in Brexit has created catastrophic situation. I am amazed at the harshness of today’s report by the Privileges Committee. I believed Boris before and I believe him today. This punishment is absolutely extraordinary to the point of sheer vindictiveness, and I will vote against this report on Monday.

Am I alone in seeing less of a need for network IDS/IPS once you have a more mature security program? I’m starting to consider it a legacy technology.
Not sure the ROI once you remove user local admin with EPM; implement segmentation, PAM, NAC, and EDR; & monitor/control DDI.

@cybersecmeg I got a new phone the other week and remembered to move MFA before erasing the old one. It still wasn’t fun. Google Authenticator is great, but the MS Authenticator process is shit (if you are using push notifications) and the Okta one is even worse.
