Why did I except to change from @bt_uk to @EE for my home broadband. 8 days & counting since switching and no internet. Despite an engineer confirming it’s not the router, @EE insist on sending a replacement, just got to wait 5 days for it & I’m 90% sure it won’t change a thing.
