Top 2-3 finance influncers made 40-50 crore as brokerage sharing how much do you think the brokers would have made? 100, 200, or may be 500 crore out of it Who do you think we should blame? finance influencers asked people to open an account under them because the brokers gave them remisier facility where they could become an introducer for 10 different brokers and upsell everything they want. Most of the website says, 10% of brokerage sharing where the actual brokerage sharing starts from 40% and goes upto 70% of brokerage sharing it was first the brokers who sold the dreams of earning crores from brokerage sharing and then the influencers started their promotions they are the brokers who wanted business and that's why they have handsome brokerage sharing, sold dreams to finance influencers and then the business was created out of thin air. Of course, showing wrong pnl is not right but sharing 40% to 70% brokerage sharing and then blaming the influencers is not right too. 3 points to be considered: 1) Why did zerodha made all the referral payouts in aprile? did they know this is coming? 2) Ideally, the pnl sharing itself shall stop but I didn't see a single person asking to stop posting pnl rather, verified pnl is being marketed knowingly or unknowingly even the active traders who are legit and trading are being forced to start trading in zerodha with the pressure you guys have created to them this would only build new business for zerodha and we cannot deny the fact that it's difficult for zerodha to get new business without doing something extra ordinary; which we see on social media these days. Zerodha CEO says that he was well know on social media with his blogs with the name sachin and couldn't find 1 reason he would not do this to ruin reputation of other brokers. He might have understood that building trust is utmost important all the time and this might be just a part of it 3) they made sensibul free for zerodha client it was not the case till last month he saw the viral messages around and he wants to make sure both the parties talk about zerodha sensibul those who trade are being forced to trade in zerodha and verify them on sensibul those who don't trade are continued to be editors If there is something which makes sense is to ban pnl posting on social media to create chaos and we should not directly or indirectly promote sensibul or zerodha
