Hey @kotakneo I have 3 family accounts with Kotak Neo. As per regulations, we have to update a static IP. But if I update the IP in one account, the same static IP is not getting updated in the other Kotak Neo account. It shows: “Same ID has been updated with different account.” How can family members have different static IPs? Still, I bought more IPs from AWS and updated them on Neo, but the orders will be coming from one algo, which is running from the master static IP. So how can one house have multiple static IPs? @Ashish1Nanda

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I want to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with @MyFundedFutures I was invited to attend a Risk Interview, where I answered all questions honestly. After the interview, I was congratulated by a member of the Risk Team, Mr Hamza, and informed that my payout would be processed within 12 hours. However, to my complete surprise, I later received an email stating that my account had been breached and that a refund had been issued. No prior notice or detailed explanation was provided regarding this decision. I strongly believe this situation is unfair and respectfully request a thorough review of my case. Transparency and clear communication are essential in maintaining trust between traders and firms. I kindly ask fellow traders and colleagues to support me in bringing attention to this matter. Additionally, I respectfully request that my payout be processed and my account reinstated if no valid violation is found.
