Stop playing the victim card. A few questions: 1) Is maintaining roads the responsibility of the State Government or the Local Body (Madurai Corporation)? I'll make it easy for you, it is the Local Body (Madurai Corporation). 2) When Federalism is a core principle of our party, how can be be two-faced, like many of you "freelance journalists". Just as we condemn the Union interfering in our State Govt, State MLA's & Ministers should NOT interfere in the Local Bosy, unless in exceptional situations. So why am I asked to take responsibility for the performance, or lack thereof, of the Madurai Corporation? 3) Leaving that aside, is P. T. Rajan road - whose condition you bemoan - even in my Constituency? I'll make it easy for you - it is not. So why do you use it's condition to condemn my capabilites or performance? 4) So....you condemn my performance as an MLA or Minister, based on a road not in my Constituency, and whose maintenance is related to the Madurai Corporation, not my role at all. 5) Were you, and are you still not, following the template of wild accusations of the unwitting Candidate in my Constituency, who has no idea of the Constitutional separation of roles and responsibilities? (Those seeing this post, please check this person's timeline). 6) Do you know that steps I took as FM (6th State Finance Commission related, among others) have helped Madurai Corporation (indeed all local bodies) double Annual Revenues? Does that it make it more likely that they can improve infrastructure like roads, or not? Of course the answer is yes. Why did you not give me any credit for it? 7) Would it not be an abuse of power to direct the Madurai Corporation to prioritize a road named after my grandfather? 8) Are you in regular contact with the infamous press broker Parthiban Kumar, who is engaged in the aforementioned candidate's media management campaign? Anyway, it is not worth having any further conversation with you...let's go our separate ways...

Please stop misusing the victim card, Madam. What part of what I said was "abuse, filth, and shameless personal attacks"? Let's start with you: 1) I said you had switched into 3 parties (with profoundly different principles, so you had no principled basis to be in politics). It is either true, or not. If it is not true, please prove so, and I will take it back and apologize unreservedly. 2) I said you asked me a question at a conclave last December that Levying a "Garbage Tax" was the only way to solve Cities' Garbage problems. I answered that the problem was much more complicated and that levying a tax could not fix it. Are you disputing this exchange? My memory is quite good But for the elimination of doubt - since it was over VC, I am sure a recording exists, and we can get a copy. That was ALL I said about you, if I am not mistaken. Please correct me if I am wrong, and I will clarify further. In any event, please explain which of these two statements is abuse, filth, and shameless personal attack.🤔🤔🤔 As for your husband, who levelled all manner of accusations and innuendo against me - including utter incompetence, lack of caring for my constituents, corruption, and many others - for multiple days non-stop, while I chose to avoid descending to his level....and use his paid promotion eco-system to try and trash my reputation all over social media (since you cannot even dream of doing it in the Constituency - where our people already know me too well, and you are rank outsiders with suspect credentials). Well, he is a witless political incompetent who doesn't bother to read, learn, understand, or maintain the norms of decency in political discourse. His "party" leader is a vile caste-ist who has tarnished the name of the Justice Party. Do any of you even contemplate why I have been forced to change the habits of 10 years in electoral politics, to even talk about you? It is because, after 10 years in Public Life, I have finally comes across such a low-grade caste-ist charlatan. He gives me material to create memes to mock him EVERY SINGLE DAY. For example, I know what tune he sang at his community gathering today - and will include it in my speech tomorrow😀. As another, I note he has mentioned the "Smart City" projects during the ADMK Govt with pride in an interview with @PTI_News today - without taking the trouble to know they were the prime example of corrupt, unplanned, ill-conceived projects in the last 10 years - and we are still struggling with the aftermath🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ No matter, he will learn tomorrow.....😄😄😄 Reducing Ignorance is a service to Society.
