Police to Strictly Enforce Traffic Laws from April 1, Targeting 10 Main Violations Traffic police will begin strictly enforcing traffic laws nationwide from April 1, 2026, targeting 10 major violations that are leading causes of road accidents. The crackdown follows a directive from National Police Chief Pol Gen Kitrat Phanphet to reduce accidents and strengthen traffic discipline. The first phase, “Warning Before Fines,” ends on March 31, after which drivers will face real penalties. The 10 main violations and fines are: - Exceeding speed limits: up to 4,000 baht (previously 1,000) - Running red lights: up to 4,000 baht (previously 1,000) - Failing to stop for pedestrians at crosswalks: up to 4,000 baht - Using a phone while driving (without hands-free devices): up to 4,000 baht - Driving the wrong way: up to 2,000 baht (previously 500) - Not wearing a helmet (driver and passenger): up to 2,000 baht - Not wearing a seatbelt (driver and passengers): up to 2,000 baht - Not carrying a driving license: up to 1,000 baht, possible 1 month jail - Driving under the influence of alcohol: 5,000–20,000 baht, up to 1 year jail - Driving without regard for safety (reckless driving): 5,000–20,000 baht, up to 1 year jail Police say the stricter enforcement is aimed at creating safer roads and reducing accidents across the country. #Thailand #กฎหมายจราจร #กฎจราจร #วินัยจราจร

There's a single gut microbe that influences your mood, your sleep, your skin, and even your muscle mass. 96% of people have lost it. Scientists just discovered it triggers your body to produce the "Love Hormone" oxytocin. Not in your brain, but in your gut. The microbe is called Lactobacillus reuteri (L. reuteri). It used to live in nearly every human gut on Earth. Today - Antibiotics, processed food, and modern living have wiped it out of almost everyone. If you've taken even one round of antibiotics in your life, Yours is probably gone. Researchers at Baylor College of Medicine made a stunning discovery. They found that oxytocin - The hormone linked to mood, bonding, stress relief, and healing - is produced in your small intestine. Not just your brain. Your gut. And L. reuteri is what can trigger its release. How does it work? L. reuteri stimulates special cells in your intestinal lining to release a hormone called secretin. Secretin then signals nearby cells called enterocytes to produce and secrete oxytocin. Your gut is literally manufacturing one of the most powerful hormones in your body. And - It's published science. The Baylor team confirmed it using human intestinal tissue, gene expression data, and lab-grown intestinal cultures. The highest concentration of oxytocin-producing cells? The small intestine. Dr. William Davis - the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut" ... figured out how to grow L. reuteri at home using a simple fermentation process. Not a pill Not a supplement A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself. Here's what people are reporting after restoring L. reuteri: - Deep, uninterrupted sleep - Reduced anxiety and improved mood - Thicker hair and younger-looking skin - Increased muscle mass (even without heavy exercise) - A 50% rise in testosterone in men over 50 - Faster wound healing - Restored libido MIT researchers tested it in mice. The ones given L. reuteri stayed lean, kept their fur, mated, and aged gracefully. The control group (same diet, no L. reuteri) - Got fat, lost their hair, stopped mating, and died early. Same crappy diet. Completely different outcome. Why? Because L. reuteri does something most probiotics can't. It colonizes your entire small intestine - ALL 24 feet of it. It produces natural antibiotics called bacteriocins that kill harmful bacteria. And it prevents the toxic migration of fecal microbes into your upper gut. When those bad microbes invade the small intestine, they release toxins into your bloodstream. That's called endotoxemia. It drives weight gain, brain fog, type 2 diabetes, cognitive decline - And is now being linked to multiple forms of the Big C. L. reuteri helps stop that at the source. The key? Dr. Davis found that fermenting L. reuteri at 99°F for 36 hours produces roughly 300 billion microbes per serving. More than 30X a typical supplement. A half cup a day is the protocol. I've been saying for 30 years: your mood, your anxiety, your energy - It starts in the gut. When I healed my gut, my crippling anxiety disappeared. Not from medication. From fixing the actual cause. Now science is catching up. And L. reuteri is one of the biggest reasons why. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you a FREE guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home.

GREG ISENBERG
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg·
I met the guy behind Paperclip. he won't show his face, but he just built one of the FASTEST growing open-source projects in AI. how to use Paperclip to hire AI agents to ACTUALLY run a startup with 0 employees: 1. with paperclip, you hire a team of AI agents like CEO, engineer, QA, video editor, content strategist and manage them from one dashboard. it works with Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or any model on OpenRouter. you're not locked into one provider. 2. your AI agents wake up capable but with zero memory. they don't know who they are, where they are, or what they're supposed to be doing. kinda like that movie memento from back in the day you need to leave them Polaroids like heartbeat checklists, persona prompts, written context. that's how you keep them on track. 3. when an agent makes a mistake, you don't rewrite everything. you add one rule to their persona prompt. "always define a success condition for every task." "always pass work to QA before closing." you're training them like you'd train a junior hire. one correction at a time. 4. skills extend what your agents can do. want a video editor who can produce animated content? install the Remotion skill. want security reviews? there's a skill for that. 5. the biggest lever for quality is encoding your own taste. AI can do everything except know your values. design sensibility, brand voice, success criteria but you have to write it down. 6. don't one-shot your startup. agentic design patterns matter. the simplest one: after the engineer builds something, QA reviews it. structure prevents compounding errors. one-shotting an entire app is fun for 30 minutes, then it falls apart. 7. Paperclip tracks every token spent and every task completed. you can use your existing subscriptions (Claude, Codex) so spend shows as $0, or hook into API credits for real dollar tracking. 8. importable companies are coming. Gary Tan's G-Stack, a full game studio, 300+ agent repos... you can "acqui-hire" a proven agent team into your Paperclip instance instead of building from scratch. the future is downloading a tested org that actually works. 9. routines let you automate recurring work. "every day at 10am, read what was merged into the main branch and write a Discord update celebrating community contributors." it runs, you review, you improve. every task is traceable. 10. maximizer mode is next. you tell the CEO "build this game" and it does whatever it takes and hires who it needs, keeps pressing until it's done. no token anxiety. just outcomes. use @ideabrowser for startup ideas/trends to get started thank you for @dotta for doing this podcast and breaking down exactly how people can hire ai agent teams with paperclip you won't find an episode like this anywhere else episode is live on @startupideaspod on your fav platforms (follow for more) is this not the greatest time in history to be building? im rooting for you now go watch my frien

SHOCKING: 99% people using Claude are barely scratching the surface. Right now, the entire internet is screaming “Claude, Claude, Claude”... But here’s the truth: just chatting with it won’t change your life. To unlock its real power, you need to master: • agentic workflows • Claude Code • skills, automation & system-level usage I spent 100+ hours researching and compiled the best Claude resources from across the entire internet — videos, repos, guides, books, and papers. I’ll give it to only 4,500 people. To get it: 1. Follow me MUST (so i can dm) 2. Comment “Claude” 3. I’ll DM you the document 📩 If you don’t follow or comment, you won’t receive it

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

If you’ve got a ledger device and connect to it with an android device STOP RIGHT NOW! From Ledger: The vulnerability, which we are tracking internally as LDN-2026-0301, allows an attacker with proximity access or a malicious app installed on the victim's Android phone to silently intercept and modify data exchanged between the Ledger hardware wallet and the Ledger Live mobile application. In a successful exploit scenario, a bad actor could manipulate transaction details in transit — altering destination addresses or amounts — before they reach the hardware wallet's trusted display for user verification. This is a man-in-the-middle attack at the transport layer, exploiting a flaw in Android's connection handling rather than in Ledger's own firmware or software. Resolution: rolling out a mandatory firmware update for all Ledger hardware wallets that introduces end-to-end encrypted and authenticated communication between Ledger Live and your device. This update neutralizes the Android transport-layer attack by ensuring that any tampering with data in transit is immediately detected and rejected.

The t20 WC is over 2 days back. South Africa India finals would have been great for the fans, for the game. It would've been a competitive and close encounter cause it would've been a repeat of 2024t20 WC where stakes were high for both teams. New Zealand making it to the finals and losing it so convincingly was a black day of cricket. New Zealand ruined what would've been a beautiful final. They were even lucky to make it to the semis which they never deserved to be there. They sabotaged South Africa's campaign and beat them not cause of better skills but cause of having luck with the toss. They won the match only cause of the toss. That 33 ball 100 by Finn Allen can be shoved in the bin. It is a useless 💯. The outfield was heavily flooded with dew and batting got so easier he cashed in. Got to feel for South Africa. They were the best team in the tournament up until that point. Can't complain about India. They stepped up in the big games and handled pressure well in knockouts. They deserved their trophy.

How I used to get taxed to death in Australia, before I left forever.🇦🇺 💰Me: Earn $500,000. 👮Gov: We'll take 48.5% of that, $242,500 thanks. 🏡Me: Buy my family a $1M home. 👮Government: Open your wallet, we want: 🥊$40,000 stamp duty on day 1. 🥊1% land tax, or $10,000 every year. 🥊10% GST for new homes, another $100,000 🥊Sell for $2M? 48% cap gain, You owe us $480,000. 🚗Me: Buy a nice $90,000 family car. 👮Gov: "33% Luxury car tax," another $29,000 thanks 🥩Me: Take my family to dinner. 👮Gov: Don't forget your 10% GST on ALL purchases. 🚴‍♂️Me: Buy a $1,000 bike online 👮Gov: 5% import taxes, ON TOP of the 10% GST. 👴Me: Dodge bullets for 50 years to retire with $2M. 👮Gov: We have a few ways to prevent that... 1 - 15% contribution tax. Every year you want to put $25,000 into your retirement account, we take $4,000 immediately. 2 - Owh, your assets in your retirement account pay you a dividend... that'll be another 15% tax thanks. You find 10% dividend growth, well, another $30,000 per year is due because that's "income," technically... 3 - You're going to love our new plan. Imagine your assets don't receive income from dividends, but they simply rise in value, you don't owe any taxes right? I mean, you didn't sell anything? Well, that's not modern or progressive enough, we want 30% of the "unrealized paper gains," you're generating. So, if you get a 20% return this year, you owe us $120,000, even if you don't sell a thing! Kinda neat right? 👶Me: Fine, tax me to death, but please let my kids have some crumbs. 👮Gov: AHHHHHH, we claim to not have "inheritance taxes," BUT your kids still pay taxes when they sell those assets. ✈️Me: Inflations 10%, these taxes are nuts, I'm leaving. 👮Gov: Slow down a moment, you owe us another 47% tax on all of the assets you're taking with you, even if you don't sell them. 🇦🇺I left Australia in 2022 on one of the first flights out of the country after the borders reopened. It was the toughest decision of my life. But, it was by far the best decision of my life. 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇬🇧🇪🇺🇦🇺Western countries are all on the same path, and we saw how this ended in Russia, China, Venezuela and Cuba in the last 100 years. 🇷🇺🇨🇳🇨🇺🇻🇪 If you're on the fence about leaving, and doubting whether things could really get "that much worse." These were 2 of the books that helped me make the decision: Atlas Shrugged The Sovereign Individual.
