I’m hearing that LARGE Broker Dealer’s are REFUSING to sell their clients #Bitcoin ETF products right now even though SEC & FINRA have approved it.
They’re being gate-keepers.
Just heard from a manager with $1 BILLION under management with a BD that has over $1 Trillion and they CANNOT sell #Bitcoin ETF products as the compliance department is refusing to allow the traders to execute.
Heard about this @JSeyff / @EricBalchunas?
I think right now IF you have a financial advisor - CALL THEM and request to BUY any of the #Bitcoin ETF products and start causing a fuss.
Can anyone else confirm if this is true?
Overall this is amazingly bullish as they’ll be playing catch up in 2 weeks, but unfair to allow BlackRock private clients to buy and not retail with financial advisors.

Bitcoin Price is dumping as people are dumping their GBTC shares.
GBTC held $25bn+ worth of Bitcoin that has been locked up for years with no option to be sold. As soon as the redemption option opened, for the first time people are starting to exit - as they exit the Bitcoin must be sold on the market. Now they are taking a discount again!
$25bn is a serious number and even if just 20% are redeemed, that is $5bn in sales on the market.
The issue is that I doubt that the ETF providers have this much demand as quickly.
We could see some selling pressure for a while but luckily the market is not selling off - its mainly Bitcoin and not the Alts!

Yeah already 4 institutions filed for their 8-A forms. You don’t go this deep in the weeds if the Spot $BTC ETFs were going to get denied.
The SEC wouldn’t waste this much time/detail, 95% chance of getting approved by 1/10 or 3/14 imo.

Past 42k with clean support n a gaming/ai coin run is gonna bazooka.
Probably a few 2-3xs on the table in the next month or so.
But they are a dangerous 2-3x. Black Diamond 💩 trading.
