How many civil servants we have in Nepal across all levels of government?? It is more than 80 thousand and yet only around 2 thousand government Doctors (The total number of Doctors registered in Nepal has crossed 40 thousand) in Nepal who have to care for millions of Nepalis who can't afford treatment at private hospitals. You have huge hospital buildings made across Nepal but there's simply no manpower there because of lack of vacancies. Past governments didn't care about this and instead they constantly increased vacancies of civil servants from administration field which is not needed. How is this sustainable in any way ?

@SulavKarki And they don't award their employee with better income Because they don't want their people to become rich. Majority of poor people means easy divide and rule.

@SulavKarki The Nepal government is so concerned to allocate budgets in building roads and towers rather than focussing on human development issues. Do you know why? Easy tender process so easy illegal income.

There are some who are posting about pictures of some buildings and roads saying there has been so much development in Nepal and yet we have a system whereby nearly 27 lakhs Nepalis who passed their driving license exam are not able to even get a simple driving license card. The only reason this has happened is due to corruption and hopefully the new RSP led government will sort this out soon. If Banks can print their ATM cards within days, the idea that it should take years to print a simple license card is ridiculous.

Iran just punched through Iron Dome and struck Israel’s nuclear facility.
The war isn’t the same anymore.
Here’s what happens next:
Step 1 — Israel is staring at the hardest call it’s ever had to make
Dimona isn’t just infrastructure. It’s the entire nuclear program.
Striking it is Iran sending one message: “Nothing you thought was safe, is safe.”
Step 2 — The Samson Option is no longer a textbook discussion
It’s a live debate inside the war cabinet right now.
If Iran can reach Dimona, it can trigger a radiological catastrophe. That’s not a military threat. That’s an existential one.
Step 3 — Iran is escalating on purpose
Wave 71 is already coming. They’re not backing down.
The goal is simple — either force nuclear retaliation, or prove Israel will never actually use the nukes.
Either way, Iran wins something.
