Most advice here is going to be about validation and customers. Mine is simpler. You'll work alone for longer than you think before anyone cares. Get okay with that first.

@MartinTale 7 failed and 1 has potential is a better ratio than most people get in 6 months because most people never ship past project. The $95 is real money. The 1800 people watching you get there is the actual asset.
