@MartinTale @marclou Hey! I know the inspiration for this game. 🤫 I've seen the instagram reel. 👀 There's this lady talking about this silly story. It's a random "viral" reel but she literally talks about a snail coming for you and asks the viewers what they would do or something.

@_ndianabasi @MartinTale Catching others in front of you is also cool. But I hope there will be more and more features added. It could also work like Ship or Die - if the snail catches you, you lose access to the app. But this would have to be disclosed before paying for the app.

It's not easy to work with sensors on older Android phones, such as the last Android-based Huawei Mate 20 Pro from 2018. 😅 So kudos to @MartinTale for making Snail Walk work for me, even if it's with extra steps to set up. Thanks for patience and walking me through the whole process! It's still early access version so many things are to be polished, but it's already making me want to walk more, so that the snail doesn't catch me, and I catch those in front of me. And that's the main goal of this app, isn't it? Feature request btw. Soon there will be a whole lot of users in the app. I'd love an option to just filter my friends on the leaderboard and in the snail forest.

Ok, I’m ready to ship a new onboarding flow. It’s 12 screens long. Welcome -> Collect name -> Select photo -> Prompt for notifs -> Interactive loading screen -> Open pack dopamine screen -> Results + pick favorite -> Remix sticker -> Get result -> Share it -> Prompt for review -> Soft hard paywall I’m forcing every new user to go through this. I’ll measure every single drop-off point. Plus I’m shipping this in 8 different languages. I feel kindda cooked 😂 What could go wrong?
