@ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 i believe its haram im just saying we should have husn ad-dhann, al alusi mentions some of the ulama considered this sleight of hand trickery to be haram rather than claiming ijmaa' also ibn baz mentions the reasons for why the saahir is executed

Furthermore, even if some scholar mentioned that this is not Kufr Akbar. First of all, the deen is based upon proofs and evidences, the scholars when they claimed that Illusionary Magic is Kufr Akbar, they used the Ayahs about the Magicians of Fir'aun, and how Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala's words make it clear that it was illusionary in nature, hence their argument is very strong. So we ask you to bring the daleel from the Qur'an and Sunnah that illusionary magic is not Kufr Akbar. Secondly, as Al-Haqqan claimed, where is the daleel that "Ahlul Ilm" said that it's "not haraam"? SubhanAllah, that's such a dangerous thing to say, when scholars like Shaykh Al Fawzan حفظه اللّٰه is saying that this is Kufr Akbar, and Shaykh Ibn Baz رحمه اللّٰه is also saying that such a person should be executed, and we have such examples from the Sahabah رضي اللّٰه عنهم as well. @ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 yes ofc, but sihr takhyeeli is also related to the shayateen as mentioned by ibn baz and many ulama in their commentaries of nawaqidul islam and other fatawa in general

@ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 such as al alusi mentioning this doesnt come under the shar'i definition of sihr, and al alusi said its also considered haram to some such as nawawi in his rawdah sh al barrak explains this in detail and says sleight of hand tricks are haram due to what it leads to which is kufr

@ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 it seems that sh. ibn baz also takes this to be sihr takhyili involving shayateen - what would make sleight of hand tricks kufr other than this and claiming ilmul ghayb? as sh ibn taymiyyah differed between الحال الشيطاني and الحال البهتاني, with some ulama 1/

@ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 i'd also recommend the sharh of shaykh salih aal as-sheikh on kitab at-tawhid he mentions some things are called sihr in the linguistic sense but not in the shar'i sense imam si'di also mentions 2 angles from which sihr is kufr which is claiming ilmul ghayb + shayateen

How do they not come under Sihr Takhyeeli? Literally the distinction between Sihr Haqiqi and Takhyeeli is that there is assistance of Shayateen/Jinn involved in Sihr Haqiqi, but that's not the case with regards to Sihr Takhyeeli. This audio of Shaykh Al Fawzan Hafidhahullah makes it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that the illusionary tricks, that are not done through the aid of Jinn/Shayateen are still Kufr Akbar. The Shaykh explicits mentions many tricks performed by Acrobats/Illusionary magicians in circus shows, and then says "This is not Sihr Haqiqi, rather it is Sihr Takhyeeli", and he says that this is "kadhib" (lie, falsehood), and he also says that anyone who is "pleased with it" has disbelieved. It could not be more clear than this.

@ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 involves worship of the devils and the stars. But as for the other type which is from the angle of trickery (sha'wadhah) then the one who learns it does not become a disbelieiver by it.

@ArabicWithEase @Alhaqqan90 if shaykh al fawzan actually means what is intended then he'd be incorrect on sleight of hand tricks being kufr in and of itself, the tafseel on the type of sihr that is kufr is mentioned by ibn baz and others 1/2

While I don’t agree with some of shaykh alwan’s takfiri tendencies, it seems wild to me that basically all the major huffadh amongst the hadith scholars in Saudi are in jail. It’s as if they don’t want those who are well versed in ahadith to be out there speaking to people 🤔🤔

@_nqbeel @wannabemuhadith Why did the Salaf made Takfir on Hajjāj him not for killing Sahaba, because killing someone who does not deserve to be killed is harām not kufr? He took jizyāh from non Arab Muslims, and this was for some kufr, so look at his kufr and the kufr of todays hukn They have 40 Naqid
