@rapidobikeapp @sankaaravind Took a Rapido ride—driver was rude, abusive, full of ego, and completely disrespectful towards a woman passenger. When confronted, he said “Go, I’m giving you a free ride” just to avoid taking responsibility. This is shocking and unacceptable.

Have not heard back on this, business hours Customer care number gets auto disconnected and during off hours ivr says call us during business hours. What sort of service is this. There is no reply on email as well. Where would one write.
