Excited to announce the publication of two papers together in the April 2024 issue of @JPerinatology. Our Brief Communication paper builds upon our @NatureComms paper (rdcu.be/dEg05), demonstrating the persistence of the 3 growth phases in moderate preterm infants.

Thank you @nytimes for highlighting today the problems about the recent @AHAScience intermittent fasting abstract. We are getting more insights into the actual data. As pointed out by @sameerbansilal there were 31 cardiovascular events in a total of 414 individuals in the <8 hour eating group over a median 8 year follow up. This group only represented 2% of the total sample (414 out of 20,078 individuals). There are 60% more smokers in this group (23.2% vs. 6.6% in the control group) and 300% more Black Americans in this group.
