I understand Belgium is better but this looks nothing like the U.S. team over the first 4 games. Urgency is off. First touch is poor. Shape isn’t consistent. It’s good from Belgium but it’s poor from the U.S.

So, honest question: Was all the analysis about *this* US team being different just wrong, or was this just a singularly awful performance? My uneducated opinion is they had an easy-ish road to get here and maybe we got fooled?

Am I wrong to say that red card didn’t make sense? He got the ball in the challenge… of course the studs are dangerous but it would be different if he didn’t have his leg in the ball I would understand the red. I think yellow card at most. Thoughts?

Basically Haaland beat Brazil by himself bc Norway had nothing else to offer. Amazing that Brazil’s going down to this team. The lack of urgency in Brazil’s play today beggars belief. Truly incomprehensible. Brazil could have won it if it had wanted it just a tiny bit.
