How can anyone in their right mind be bearish oil here?

This was what made me change my stance and go to cash. $QQQ chopped up & down for months *randomly* and then started to have new respect for the declining 10-week which looked like organized selling. From my article on Mar 8.

I don't trade off analogues per say but I do find them fascinating as markets are simply a reflection of herd psychology. I was highlighting the comparisons to the 2011 run bull run before it went parabolic x.com/MarkRitchie_II… and it tracked pretty darn close to the exact number of weeks. Given that very few that are active were trading in 1980 I'm interested to see how this plays out but I and many others smarter than me (@markminervini & @PeterLBrandt who was trading then) warned in real time this was coming when silver started going parabolic. I'm interested to see how close it tracks to the downside but for me this market is a big avoid as the trend is badly broken and there's likely lots of trapped longs.
