Vibhor Varshney, a SEBI RA (INH100005419) does this almost everyday. He tweets past performance of his clients, puts screenshots and deletes that tweet the next day and then puts up a new one. Mr. Varshney - since you are deleting these inducements, this implies you are aware that you are INTENTIONALLY violation SEBI RA Regulations. Still listing out for reference: SEBI prohibits an RA to: - Display Past performance (MC Clause 11.1(c)(xii)) - Show Misleading testimonials (MC Clause 11.1(c)(iii)) - Mislead by omission (MC Clause 11.1(c)(iv)) - Deliberately delete ads - 5-yr record rule (MC Clause 11.1(d)(v) + RA Reg 25(2)) - Advisory and marketing shall be at arm’s length distance (RA reg 16(5)) There are more but you get the gist.

The Main Imposter here is @rise_pay. The Main loop hole for firms is also @rise_pay Note : MyFundedFutures only uses Rise to Pay to Indian Traders & It is also their main KYC Criteria. If you cannot verify youself through rise then there is ZERO Chance of taking a payout. Then there comes a one time payout through crypto thing, for this they only pay small payouts. My opinion: If they only pay small payouts through crypto then why they didn't say this to the trader. I my self made huge amount through following all the rules and now i am on the verge of loosing my money or say almost lost it, They could have told me earlier that this is the payout cap of crypto, how can they underestimate a trader. Now Comes to other payout options WISE & ACH. ACH is only available for US Customers. Note: Through Wise they don't pay to Indian Customer's.

For nearly a week, the residents of the society have experienced continuous disruption due to repeated visits, interviews, and media activity in the common areas. While the coverage was appreciated, it is important that normalcy returns for all residents. I am pleased to state that the dispute has now been resolved through dialogue and cooperation. The white patti that was at the center of the disagreement has been removed, and the affected area has been restored and repainted to its original condition. The matter has therefore reached a satisfactory conclusion. I believe that when a dispute is resolved peacefully and constructively, it is equally important to know when to close the chapter and move forward. In the interest of maintaining harmony, respecting the privacy of residents, and allowing the society to function normally, I consider this issue closed. I once again thank the media for its support and understanding, and I respectfully request everyone to allow the residents to return to their daily lives without further disturbance. Thank you.

@ScribeShah @IRCTCofficial As per my personal experience, be aware with @IRCTCofficial they will literally block your IRCTC ID when you try to file TDR and they will mention that you tried to SCAM them.. before filing a TDR make sure to collect all the evidence that supports your issue.

Hello @IRCTCofficial, I had booked two tickets at Vande Bharat's Executive Class on June 4, for the June 5 journey from Parasnath to Howrah. Both of my tickets were waiting. As I am frequent #IndianRailway traveller, I know when tickets get confirmed, passengers get SMS on registered mobile numbers. But I did not get it. So I did not travel either. I booked another ticket for the same class and train this time from Dhanbad, in anticipation that my last booking amount will be credit of my own. When after 72 hours I did not get it, I enquired at irctc and was informed that tickets had been confirmed. But, if I did not get an SMS, which delayed my journey also, why should I bear the cost as well? You can check that I did not get any SMS. I can DM the details. @ECRlyHJP @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia

Nepal's Prime Minister told Nepal parliament that Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura belong to Nepal. He also said the issue should be resolved through dialogue with India. India's response should be simple. There is nothing to negotiate. 🇮🇳 These areas did not become disputed because Nepal changed a map in 2020. They have been under Indian administration for decades. India has maintained infrastructure, security presence and the Kailash Mansarovar route through Lipulekh since the 1950s. A territorial claim does not become a fact because it is repeated in parliament. It does not become a fact because it is printed on a map. And it certainly does not become a fact because it is repeated every year. India has spent the last five years treating this as a sensitive diplomatic issue. That approach has achieved nothing except encouraging the same claim to be raised again and again. At some point, New Delhi needs to stop treating this a misunderstanding. If Nepal continues repeating the same claim, India should stop responding with routine statements and start treating it as a direct challenge to Indian sovereignty.

Trying to book a Tatkal ticket from Kanpur to Bahadurgarh for a friend, and once again IRCTC shows the same old excuse: "Experiencing heavy load." If the system is under such a heavy load, how did the available seats drop from 72 to 48 within just 2 minutes? Who booked those 24 seats while the website was supposedly unable to process requests? Passengers spend valuable time and money, only to face crashes, errors, and account lockouts during Tatkal booking. This has become a daily frustration. When will IRCTC fix this broken system? @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw
