@ninabake2 Good for them. The idea that one should attempt to replicate meat dishes in design and texture for a vegan/veggie meal is incomprehensible. Proper chefs create astonishing plant-based meals without the pretence. I'd choose to eat vegan at @alchemillaresto because it's so good.
