مهما بلغ سوء الأمريكان وقبح أفعالهم وتلاعبهم بالقانون الدولي إلا أنهم أرحم من الصين لو كانت في مكانهم، لأنهم يملكون الحد الأدنى من الأخلاق، ولهم مرجعية أخلاقية تستطيع التعويل عليها أحياناً، بينما الصينيين لا يملكون الحد الادنى وليس لهم مرجعية اخلاقية تُذكر. هي دولة One man show.
