It's definitely spring. A few strong to possibly severe storms will be around this afternoon with hail and winds being the main threats. We'll get a small break from the rain on Wednesday and most of Thursday, but active weather returns for the weekend.

So it looks like most of us got sleet or freezing rain, then snow on top. Streets might’ve been too warm to hold the snow, but they definitely froze overnight. Travel may be impacted. Bridges and overpasses are almost certainly treacherous. ^wm

Before bedtime tonight everyone in Davidson and Will Co will get another storm. Expect heavy rain and lightning. Another round of damaging winds and hail possible. Less likely but still possible is a tornado. / 659 PM

Sleddable (sp?) snow is forecasted for Davidson and Williamson counties. A winter storm warning starts at 6pm this evening. Models agree we’ll all see freezing rain and snow showers Sun.-Tues. We don’t know: Schools closings, road cond. in your hood, where the salt truck is. ^wm
