FYI for American partners: my lawsuit demanding that the Parliament of Ukraine schedule presidential elections is currently being considered by Ukraine's Supreme Court. If the court accepts it, elections could be scheduled as soon as April 2025.
I am the only MP who filed this lawsuit, and I was supported by my fellow MP @Dmytruk__Artem . All other MPs signed a memorandum with Zelensky, agreeing to postpone the elections and supporting his move toward dictatorship. They signed it in Nov, 2023.
Zelensky has banned the media in Ukraine from covering my lawsuit. I reached out to many international media outlets, including Politico, The New York Times, and others, but they ignored this issue as well — now it’s clear why — red lines from USAID and Soros.
The election issue in Ukraine can be resolved very quickly. You know what to do and how to help restore constitutional justice in our country. This is the only way forward — we must start implementing the norms of our Constitution.
