One of the best parts about being an @astoundconnects customer is when their Internet goes down you are told there are no outages and in the same conversations that technicians are fixing an outage with the hope you give up and don't expect compensation.

@SSimahk53255 @Frigidaire @ElectroluxUS @bbb_us FYI I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against @Frigidaire for the food loss when their technician broke the refrigeration component. They refused anything beyond $50. Good luck with your issues. I am advising friends to avoid their appliances.

@Electrolux @ElectroluxUS I have a fridge under warranty. Your technician came yesterday to fix an issue. Now my freezer has completely thawed. What's the process to get reimbursed and get this fixed before July 3 when they are scheduled to come back for repairs?

@SSimahk53255 @Frigidaire @ElectroluxUS @bbb_us If you have to talk to them on the phone keep asking to escalate it. I was told numerous times no one on the escalation team was available but finally got through and they started paperwork for a replacement immediately. I think their goal is to get customers to give up.

@SSimahk53255 @ElectroluxUS @Frigidaire Sounds very similar. Our refrigerator has been broken since June 6. Fully under warranty. Four technician visits. Also hours on the phone with the call center. Several times they didn't document promises to escalate. I reached out to the BBB and Electrolux won't respond to them.

@anotherjonah @ElectroluxUS @Frigidaire Good luck, ours has been broken since June 18th (bought in May, brand new). We’ve had 4 repairmen. Hours and hours on hold. Everything is 3-5 business days. I have 2 young kids and no refrigeration all summer basically.

@Frigidaire @ElectroluxUS @bbb_us I was able to speak to Jethro in escalation services earlier this week. While on the phone he reached out to the store I bought the faulty Frigidaire refrigerator from and set up replacement and delivery. He told me to call the store as a next step.

@ElectroluxUS @Frigidaire I have the same question. How are you going to expedite my refrigerator replacement? Your technician caused the damage and customer service from Electrolux and Frigidaire is horrendous. No one will answer any questions. I'll reach out to @bbb_us next.

@ElectroluxUS @Frigidaire I had a repair scheduled for July 3. When I called on June 21 about the refrigeration breaking the @Frigidaire rep got me an emergency repair scheduled for June 25. When @Frigidaire didn't show for the appointment I lost the July 3 appointment and now need to wait until July 8.

@ElectroluxUS @Frigidaire During my call today I asked if the rep could tell me what issues were in my ticket. They explained the only issue was my screen showing a CE error. They had no records that your technician broke the cooling and freezing on 6/20. They didn't know the freezer flooded.
