I'm rather confident they'll increase the transfer limit, and the majority of the playerbase isn't giving/receiving large scale donations anyways
the 0 tax on transfers on limits up to 10k a month (currently) has more benefits for the majority of the playerbase rather the minority of the pls donate community

I didn't mention the other main problem with Pls Donate: BOTS. You claim the average person has no way to get free robux now. They never really did.
Someone could AFK in the game for weeks on end and never be donated anything, especially if their earned robux is at zero or they are a noob account. It is extremely difficult for the average player to join the game and have people donate to them. Additionally, the more earned robux you have, the easier it is to get donations. This does not apply to the average player and only benefits those who already have money.
What you are left with is thousands of people, and even more bot accounts, sitting in the game doing nothing. BOTS DO NOT DONATE, and certainly they do not donate to other bots. The massive bot presence puts a ton of stress on Roblox servers for no reason.
I don't know what percentage of Pls Donate players are either an actual bot or someone who is AFKing with an autoclicker. For argument's sake, let's say half of the active players are doing this. Roblox is running a tight operation, there was no future where they do not purge 15,000-20,000 active bots - and that's just in Pls Donate, there are many other donation games.

Yes, in fact I appreciate you saying that, you're most definitely correct that frustration and spite can coexist, but there's a difference in understanding why someone's upset and letting that excuse how they communicate it publicly.
Also I'm aware he deleted the tweet as I already mentioned that, and that proves he was very aware how that landed.
And the broader point, the beauty of a public forum is you can say what you want, but you'll definitely hear what people think about it.

The limits of the new transfer feature are ridiculous, but let’s be real, Pls Donate was never truly built for the community. Hazem has a life set for him off a game that required minimal development effort, built on taking a cut from what players thought were direct donations. That’s not charity, that’s the model.
Not hating on Hazem, but Roblox was losing money to a middleman and they cut it off. Simple business decision. And yes he donated a lot, through his own game, where he still took a percentage of every transaction.
Now instead of thanking the community that made him millions, he’s crashing out on Twitter. Where was this energy when Roblox was releasing updates that hurt the broader community? Not a word, until it hit his income. Speaking out then wouldn’t have guaranteed change, but it would’ve meant something. The silence until now says everything.
The community he ‘built this for’ never heard from him when other updates were destroying the platform. Only now that his bag is affected does Roblox suddenly ‘fucking suck. (Not defending Maxxell with the direct hate)

Since Maxwell has me blocked, I'll respond to him here. Hazem has genuinely been one of the kindest and most generous developers I’ve had the chance to work with. Even Roblox themselves have publicly recognized and praised his contributions to the community. This update didn’t just hurt one game, it effectively destroyed an entire community while also removing one of the easiest ways for players to send Robux to each other, locking it behind a $5/month paywall. Pls Donate was never just about acting as a middleman for Robux. A huge part of its appeal was the social aspect and the community built around it. For a lot of people, myself included, interacting with others was the real reason to play, not simply earning Robux. And honestly, if Hazem is losing the income he built from years of work, he absolutely has the right to be vocal and upset about it. Roblox made no effort to reach out to him or discuss possible solutions that could preserve the game’s community while still allowing players to easily support each other. And yes, if a platform removes someone’s primary source of income, I think they’re fully allowed to criticize that platform and say it sucks. Hazem himself has even said that he loved Roblox, and that these recent changes are what soured his opinion on the platform. The only person showing their true colors here is you, with the hateful attitude you’re directing toward him.

I don't think it's an unrealistic standard? If a platform made me a multimillionaire I'd have eternal gratitude? I'd accept things change? Understand it wasn't going to last forever?
Keep in mind, he rarely ever comments on platform issues and now did so when he was the victim of it.
And I've made this very clear I thought but I guess I didn't, ANYONE would be upset if their primary income blew up overnight ESPECIALLY with the amount he was pulling in
People who are specifically happy he lost his income are weird, but pointing out his disrespectful messaging to the platform that made him millions yet owed him nothing is rather, tasteless.

but he made sure to write out a now deleted statement where he goes on to say "fuck this platform" among other things, he didn't handle the situation with grace at all.
