The Political question doctrine contemplates no judicial recourse for Presidential (Deputy Presidential) impeachments. The decision of Parliament (National Assembly and Senate) is final. See Art 144 et seq. Accordingly, the Courts can’t adjudicate over Presidential impeachments!!
