@Bart_Kraw I think I get your point Bart. It's important to choose metrics that matter and some things, like the ones you mentioned above are difficult to quantify. I'd still consider them data points though.

Don't be data-driven, be data-informed. Building products is just too messy to rely purely on data. There's organizational context, long-term initiatives, dependencies, and even corporate politics. There's just so much more to consider that the data can't reveal.

@rickwastaken Hi @rickwastaken Great question. I'd start with a super quick proof of concept of 3-4 tools, spending no more than 10 minutes per tool. See how far you can go - first viz, great. A lot depends on where your data sits and what kind of data it is. Happy to chat with you about that!
