I’ve squatted 600lbs+in my life. Apart from gym bros treating you like Jesus and telling you to compete, which I have no interest in, it does nothing for you.
I don’t think I’d ever do it again.

@artisanclark @LindyFit Thats not what he said and you should know that. You don't need to get anywhere near 365 fir health benefits. Im an endurance runner and im fitter than any of you. My lack of lifting doesn't change that from a health perspective.
