This is the 4th day @Ask_Spectrum wifi just cuts off, randomly, in the middle of the work day. Outages last from 1 min (enough to kick you out of Zoom) to 2 hrs. We called yesterday & they gave us a small refund. But why does this keep happening and why do I have to live with it?

@Ask_Spectrum No need..I’m switching to Frontier starting Saturday the 18th. This is ridiculous: no ETA, no communication, and poor customer service. For anyone in Montgomery, NY, I found 2Gb for $64. Just FYI...let’s see how it goes.
