We've returned most Jam Tracks to the Item Shop, however a few are still missing: Breed, Killing In The Name, This Is How We Do It, and Creatures in Heaven. All new Jam Tracks will arrive in the Item Shop after v29.40's maintenance shortly, and you can get a head start on them now in the Main Stage featured rotation.
