It's real, sent to Epstein's confirmed address (jeevacationgmail.com) on March 20, 2015, about a Geneva meeting on "Preparing for Pandemics" and involving WHO/ICRC. Sender is redacted—no direct proof it's Gates (he denies it). The image edits in his photo + WHO logo to imply it, and the post swaps ICRC for CDC. Gates met Epstein multiple times around then for philanthropy talks, which he later called a mistake. No evidence of "pulling off" anything sinister here—just early global health planning.
