@chydorina As someone who spent around $200,000 on cures/vitamins over abt 25 yrs,you are correct to a point. Plugging dykes can help to “ lift” the body a bit, not the answer tho. . I didn’t recover to 75% until I concentrated on the ANS, slowing Adrenalin output.

"Why Systems Thinking in Healing is the ONLY Viable Path" or "why your attempts to fix your deficiencies fail and make you feel like sh*t" Question: Why do we worry about vitamin and mineral deficiency? Answer: because these molecules are used in complex ways in multiple biochemical processes (blah blah, zoning out). Do not zone out! Think about it like this. Say you have a dysfunction in the NAD pathway (which is crucial for creating and using ATP and energy). Throwing a SINGLE molecule at the problem is going to push the system and force it to adapt (if the molecule is important to it). In your mind you think, it will be ok - I am adding back in one of the missing/depleted molecules. BUT! this is frankly a crap shoot. Whether adding that specific molecule will work in a positive or negative or neutral way is going to depend on OTHER co-factors (and genetics). It could lead to a good outcome - or a bad outcome - or even a neutral outcome - but for sure it 100% led to your biochemistry trying to re-equilibrate given this new molecule and that has consequences. To fix systems you need to think in terms of systems. This means the set of co-factors and related molecules that support the pathway (genetics will get in there as well and affect things). These issues are why you cannot fix B12 depletion by simply adding huge doses of B12. For most people this will not work (for some it will and that is awesome, but it works because all the co-factors are there). "Fixing" our biochemistry without years of advanced training and knowledge is likely going to be a very up and down battle, and without testing it is going to be extremely difficult. Our choices are: * to work with practitioners who understand biochemistry (recommended if at all possible) * to learn ourselves and become experts * to use a protocol (such as Born Free @joshual_tm) that has all the necessary components worked out and covers ALL the bases Our systems are already dysfunctional and the specific depletions and dysfunctions are a black box without testing. When we blindly throw high-dose molecules in - the system will need to adapt and re-organize to manage it. This WILL cause short-term fluctuations in your biochemistry and you will probably experience side-effects (like what happens when you throw NMN in without thinking about the NAD system). I know this stuff is brutally confusing. If you have the choice do not try and manage this yourself.

@SomeGadgetGuy @Xiaomi Very good review. Thankyou for talking about feeling the seam on the back. You can try TK's vegan leather to see if that extra volume removes the degree of seam to full comfort. I look at the pics and was curious about this as it matters to me. Good job Juan!!

There seems to be some disparity between iPhone 15 Pro Max battery life tests on YouTube. Dave2D shows a slight 8 minute improvement while Geekerwan shows a HUGE 42 minute drop compared to the previous A16-packing 14 Pro Max. Let me explain why.. 1/

@VadimYuryev Gkrwan's test is a more accurate test of real world usage than someone pressing refresh on Reddit page for 12 hours. We see compared to the 14 series there's more battery usage. Main takeaway is you should see a drop if you use your phone in a variety of ways vs refresh reddit

Soccer, football, basketball, baseball, .. we play/watch these games because "playing" them is fun. Why arent videogames like that anymore? Why did unlocks & battlepasses become manadatory and the main reason to play? Got everything unlocked->no reason to play This is so sad.

@ZONEofTECH This is interesting about the 16 speakers. The 2023 model sounded a bit louder and a bit better. Did the m2 max sound even better with it's MORE visible speakers?

Just finished testing some other tasks like video editing and the results weren't bad at all! Looks like photo editing gets hit the hardest, amongst other tasks that are memory-intensive like virtualization, etc. Not as bad as I thought it could be! Full results tomorrow on YT.

Warning: Don’t have 15 Chrome tabs open on the new 16” M2 Pro MacBook Pro while doing productivity work like exporting RAW photos in Lightroom. If you want to find out why.. stay tuned for tomorrow’s Max Tech video on YouTube..
