We’re currently on a Basecamp trial at my firm and exploring a team rollout. A while ago, you had introduced special India pricing (covered by TechCrunch). Is that still available? We couldn’t find the option during signup. @basecamp

@37signals@cpinto Came here to see if something’s up or anyone’s noticed the same thing. Opening emails on Hey has been incredibly slow these days for me too, I end up just using my iOS mail app anyway to load them up faster.
@basecamp Your app (macOS at least) is really, really slow today—multiple seconds when navigating (on a Gb connection) and the support widget doesn't even open.
