@Tonysmarkettips @joshlowellsmith It really could be this simple. I agree there should be a full investigation. But Kraft likely does all he can to bury this regardless of the reason. Poor look for his coach , organization and players. The brand. he knew there would be a firestorm.

@joshlowellsmith You're right, could just be a friend helping a friend. Could also be something huge, like Kraft paid for the Luxury resort room and was aware the whole time. Who knows without an investigation.

@allstatee_ @PresidentEmbiid Small sample size. His surrounding offensive talent was a bunch of plumbers & he was a vote away from MVP at 22. Pats need to shore up OL , Maye stays healthy, & pats could go on another dynasty run.

@HappiestOCamper @UziCryptoo It’s not math it’s finance. High school doesn’t teach that. You had your life mapped out at 18? Right. This isnt the 1800s. The brain doesn’t fully develop until 25. Kids shouldn’t have access to $200k+ loans w/ the stroke of a pen. It also creates an artificial market.

@UziCryptoo The failure is in basic high school math. Any student applying to college should be able to figure this out before they even start the first class. It should part of the application process for a student to lay out their life plan and have to defend it to admissions.

You can’t get a $1 million mortgage if you make $100K/year. You can’t get a $75K car loan if you make $35K/year. The fact that you can get $250K in student loans for a college degree where you’re expected to earn $40K/year is unacceptable and a complete failure of US society. We have 18 year old kids making financial decisions that all but guarantee a lifetime of economic insecurity. These kids do not have the capacity to understand the implications of the debt they are taking on. The corrupt university system has successfully convinced them going to college is the “smart thing to do” and that it will all work out. These colleges should have to take the financial hit when they load up 18 years olds with hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt that basic math would tell you will never be repaid. The federal government backstopping all these student loans does nothing but enable colleges to jack up their prices every year with zero accountability. Shameful.

@Vulcan1888 @mistressdivy They’re sitting on a ~10th of the world’s oil & have been selling to China for years. ‘Millions’ from previous administrations was peanuts. It’s the crown jewel of the ME. Trump would pay anything right now to get out of this hornets nest.

@TruthWins @TodayInSportsCo Major bubble wrap rules started in 08. And then stricter when Andrew Luck retired. I agree w/ you completely abt today’s QB rules. Heck Mahomes could play until he’s 50. Also, slot WRs are such weapons now bc they can’t be touched. m.youtube.com/watch?v=tj1bHb…

The stricter roughing the passer rules started in around 2001, I think, and then there have been subsequent rules changes many times since to make things easier for the offense and for the QB in particular. Brady won TWO Super Bowls before those rules changes took place. I'm not denying Brady's greatness at all, though. I just think as the rules have evolved over the years it's made quarterbacks look better and better and has certainly, inarguably, allowed them to extend their careers far beyond where quarterbacks in the 70's, 80's and 90's could.

@TexasAbram @EricLDaugh Iran’s oil isn’t pegged to a global market price. They’ve been sanctioned from petrodollar long ago. I believe there’s no central leadership. Israel fuked up by destroying those that could broker a deal. So there’s several factions in IRAN operating on their own.

@EricLDaugh But you have to admit, Trump is not as in control as he pretends to be. Unless of course he and the Iranian leaders are secretly playing poker with the stock markets. Iran needs oil to be high so they want the war. Trump wants oil to be low so he pretends there is a deal.

🚨 TRUMP JUST SURGED TO THE SITUATION ROOM President Trump convened a Situation Room meeting at the White House this morning on the STRAIT OF HORMUZ, after Iran reportedly fired on a tanker — Axios reports Trump is barreling toward a FINAL deal, but if Iran plays more games, severe FAFO is awaiting them! 🔥 Remember: Iran always plays "tough guy" but eventually caves. Because Donald Trump is the president.

@TruthWins @TodayInSportsCo I agree w your take on eras for the most part. But as an objective fan, I can say even when compared to contemporaries aikman & Bradshaw are 2 of the most overrated QBs ever. And Brady won 3 SBs w/ the same rules as Montana

Yes. First, as a Cowboys fan, it pains me to say that Aikman, though a very consistent player, may not be a top 5 QB of all time. Beyond that, I don't think any active QB can be on this list yet, including Mahomes, because the game is so much easier at the QB position than it was 25+ years ago. It is far easier to play QB today than it was when any of the other four on this graphic were playing. That's why Montana will always go down for many as the best of all time, no matter what gaudy numbers someone puts up today.

@beleevthetruth @zerohedge There are many who will die for Allah. You’re right about that. However I think they are a minority. Maybe 20%. The other 80% will not fight if it means their family starves. Their economy will crash in weeks. It only takes half of the 80% to overthrow the 20%.
