@bcfc_22 @nigewhittle8 Yes so don’t try and play 3 , Mcc & Pring as very good FBs crap Wbs, play a tight back 4. Unfortunately Borges would have to be the other CB but at least 3 of the back 4 are in their natural position, 442, get some width in the side with Bird/ Sykes out wide 👍

That is one hell if a gutsy move. Initial thoughts: Correct decision on Struber, not the right man. Correct decision on Tinnion. Correct decision on Roy, he will settle the ship and raise our profile. Now it’s all down to the sporting director and who he chooses, interesting time

@bcfc_22 @nigewhittle8 Struber was trying to play the current fit players in a formation that didn’t suit what is available, you can’t do that, Struber never adapted the team to get the best out of what is available, 👍

@bcfc_22 @nigewhittle8 He didn’t have us in play offs. He had us in a play off position at a point in the season. There is a big difference. Not arguing on the selling of players and injuries, but let’s not pretend he is an elite manager / coach.

Completely shafting the best coach we’ve probably ever had and him being the one that falls on his sword rather than those that have set him up to fail is yet more evidence that the Lansdown family don’t have the slightest fucking clue how to run a football club
