I get him not following his deliverables but to have someone put their life on the line and fight on your promotion for the entertainment of others then not pay him IMO is a bad look. I think, fine him for whatever he didn’t do, pay him his fee (as per his contract) don’t have him back on your promotion and if you feel that it’s right, sue. But not paying a man will scare and deter fighters from your promotion
