There are 15 Executive Departments in the Government:
State
Treasury
Defense
Justice
Interior
Agriculture
Commerce
Labor
Health and Human Services
Housing and Urban Development
Transportation
Energy
Education
Veterans Affairs
Homeland Security
If the Vice President and 8+ people from any of these departments sign a letter saying Trump is unfit, he's gone under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment.
At the rate of decline we're seeing, this may very well be on the table.
Trump is too mentally ill to carry out his duties.
