The last Sunday of September each year is Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day. This morning, 13 more names will be added to the Honour Roll. These 13 heroes were fathers, mothers, spouses, partners, sons and daughters — and they leave behind grieving families, friends, colleagues and communities. This follows the devastating loss of RCMP Constable Rick O’Brien on Friday.
