@HiltonHotels I’m not sure what’s going on with the Anchorage Alaska downtown Hilton but I’ve never received the amount of amazing service as I have received at this hotel. Unreal. Whomever is running this hotel knows how to lead through service. Kudos to the team!

@Delta my flight from Msp to FLL today had no working tv. They did multiple resets but ultimately me and my friend next to me had no tv the entire flight. Anything you can do? DL1161 seats 4D and 4C

@LoungeCenturion was at the denver airport during the Oscar’s and Lucille at the front desk was extremely rude in allowing the people in the lounge bar to watch the Oscar’s, saying it had to be on sports. There wasn’t even sports on. During big events should really accommodate.

@trumanium @Delta Weather which is understandable but then the delay turned into pilot out of flying hours, then no one at the airport knew what was going on, moved to the international terminal then moved back to the gate we deplaned at then cancelled
