What problems do you see in Rome? Beyond that, in the Catholic Faith, what we practice is about one thing. The Eucharist. The Body Blood Soul and Divinity of Christ that Catholics in good standing receive at every single Mass we attend. A person does not receive that in other faith deniminations except Eastern Orthodox but their version of transubstantiation is slightly different than Catholics. Eastern Orthodox is I think the closest to Catholic you can get. However Catholics cannot receive the Eucharist at Eastern Orthodox churches and Eastern Orthodox cannot receive at Catholic churches except ~ I think~ with the permission from the Priest and it has to because an E.O. Church is unavailable. Eastern Orthodox is not in full Communion with Rome and does not recognize the authority of the Pope. So we are close, but not unified
