They don’t even have the best safety duo in the division 😭😭😭

CAPTAIN CEEBEE 🏴☠️🐻⬇️@Bears_Hype_Man
Do the Chicago Bears have the best safety duo in the NFL? Dillon Thieneman + Coby Bryant

@WeeksMauri4021 @ImBearingDown1 Wait a second… Does he have inappropriate pictures with Vrabel too?!
English

@ImBearingDown1 I don’t feel bad for bro he chose the patriots over the bears due to his relationship with vrabel

As a former NFL Scout—
I’m surprised Rome Odunze hasn’t requested a trade from the Bears. I can’t imagine any wide receiver in the NFL wanting to play with Caleb Williams with his erratic footwork and broken internal clock. All people do is blame the Bears receivers for “dropped passes,” to shift the responsibility away from Williams and his inability to get the ball out of his hand on time. In a league built on timing routes, Williams is like a kid at the park who tells the other kids, “Just go deep.” It’s got to be so frustrating to be a wide receiver on the Bears. Last season, Williams had the second slowest time to throw in the league (Next Gen Stats 3.20 seconds). The only slower quarterback was Shedeur Sanders (3.24 seconds).
Before the excuses for Williams were the “offensive line” and the “coaching” in 2024 —so the Bears went out and got Ben Johnson and they beefed up the O-Line.
How did Williams respond?
He actually got slower and lazier with the ball in his hand.
Williams got the ball out of his hand faster in 2024 under Matt Eberflus and Shane Waldron and the other coaches they had later in the season with a “worse O-Line” —2.92 seconds (Next Gen Stats).
Odunze has gone from percentages of targets caught (rec%) of 70% (2022) and 64% (2023) during his last two regular seasons at the University of Washington to 56.3% (2024) and 50.6% (2025) with the Bears in the past two regular seasons.
I had a first round pre-draft grade on Odunze firstroundmock.com/2024/01/rome-o… and when I heard “Bears” during the 2024 NFL Draft my heart sunk. Immediately, I was like “NO!” Because I knew what that meant. I know that meant that Odunze would be stuck with Williams and his early years in the league would be directly tied to Williams.

Draft week blockbuster: The Giants are trading three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence to the Bengals in a deal that will include the 10th overall pick going to New York, per ESPN sources. The Giants now head into Thursday night with the 5th and 10th overall picks.

@WillSommers2 You pay for future production. Come back in a year and either acknowledge or gloat.
English

@Wisco0827 What exactly do you think you’re exposing here? Everyone knows what you just said and it does not change the meaning of why the Cubs raise the flag. 🤦🏼♂️
English

What’s funny about the whole W flag situation is that Cubs fans have zero understanding of the flags’ purpose, history and significance.
During the Great Depression, a flag was flown to be that days scoreboard. It was the simplest and easiest way to signify “WON” or “LOST” to the surrounding population.
Cubs fans think the W flag means ‘the Cubs won’ - it doesn’t. It signifies a Win or Loss to whomever is flying it.
Chicago Cubs@Cubs
Nothing but blue skies and W flags.
English

@Andrew_FBB lol. You are an absolute tool / ignorant person if this is all you take out of it.
English

@EricCrossMLB You pay for the players future, not his past. Talked to me at the end of the year and see where his offense is… Defense will always be gold glove level.
English

@braves2430 Pains me to say, but because the offensive game has changed so much, I would not take Payton. Reggie with D for the win.
English

@RepSwalwell Well… Between you, your wife and the American people, if you take into account you sleeping with a Chinese spy. 🤔
English

@FunFootballPod The man who the 46 Defense was named after… Doug Plank!
English

@ChillCheesehead Yet, in the last almost 50 years you have managed to make and win only one more Super Bowl than the Bears. All that talent seemingly wasted… And now with Ben Johnson as your Daddy, you will be looking up at Chicago in the standings for years to come.😎
English

I still think it's funny that the Chicago Bears have been around for over a century and even with 17 games can't produce a 4000 yard QB even with "iceman".
While Green Bay has multiple MVP and super bowl winning QBs.
We can't relate 😎🧀 #GoPackGo

@LukeChrisFFL Yeah, all of those NFC North titles Love has won since being the starter really shows you his worth… Oh wait, never mind. 🤦🏼♂️
English

@OpoyChase It’s called being a 5 tool player, as opposed to you just being a tool.
English

@conniemiller8 @CALEBcsw This post did not go the way you wanted it to, did it? Or should I say did “nit”? 🤣
English

@CALEBcsw Caleb, you must of missed English class, because you certainly don’t know how to form sentences. I’m nit even going to mention punctuation.
English

Idc about where your fandom stands.
I was trying give you and everyone else the benefit of the doubt. About knowing business and being smart about it. But I guess not. Foolish of me!
Also words matter Skip Bayless.
“Steal”
Enjoy that podcast.

Skip Bayless@RealSkipBayless
I’m a Caleb Williams fan. But I was a much bigger Iceman Gervin fan, and I’m offended Caleb and Co. are trying to steal George’s all-time great nickname. I unleash on today’s Arena Gridiron 2:30 E.
