I loved the convenience and the friends I made (being with the same group of people every day) along the way. Our bus stops need to be better/safer for riders

This happens every time new stadiums are built in downtown areas btw As for acceptable pricing, based on buildings for sale in the area and the size, probably around $3 million

A Crossroads biz owner will have better resources to recover being displaced by a civic and regional amenity than I had for being uprooted for a block of McMansions
