@BryanAlexander No longer in EdTech but use Zoom and Microsoft Teams daily. Zooms controls are just easier to find and use. Teams is not as stable and more difficult to navigate screen share/audio. We use Zoom Webinar for all of our webinars and it is fantastic.

Question for those of us using Zoom: are you looking into alternatives, or is Zoom enough for your purposes now? I'm trying to understand why and how Zoom seems to dominate the ed tech higher ed space.
