Best time to take your supplements
1. Magnesium- 1 hour before bed.
2. Vitamin D- with your breakfast.
3. Calcium- Split between AM/PM.
4. Probiotics- On an empty stomach.
5. Omega 3- with fat containing meal.
6. B complex- early in the morning.
7. Vitamin E- right after a meal.

Prices reflect what the market will pay. 99.9% of people have zero chance of going direct due to lack of connections and check size. If the deal is too rich in exchange for the access, it’s simple-don’t do the deal.
The most expensive SPV I am in, is currently Top 5 in returns and very likely to be my best performing venture investment ever. The only ones currently performing better are my direct access deals. But I knew I had no shot at direct on that deal and gladly paid the fees for insane access.

@bryan_johnson My Grandma is 92 still golfs and swims 3x a week. She hasn’t shrunk a cm in all her years while her friends have lost several inches. I would think it has to be from the constant weightlessness on her spine via swimming.

You shrink as you age.
It begins by the age of 30, and gets steeper between 60-70 years. Most people lose 1–3 inches in height over their lifetime. Men can lose up to an inch per decade after 70, and women even faster, especially post-menopause due to bone density loss.
You can counteract (and reverse) this with weight training, vitamin D, calcium, and good posture.

Something has broken tonight in the bond market. We are seeing a disorderly liquidation.
If I had to GUESS, the basis trade is in full unwind.
Since Friday's close to now ... the 30-year yield is up 56 bps, in three trading days.
The last time this yield rose this much in 3 days (close to close) was January 7, 1982, when the yield was 14%.
This kind of historic move is caused by a forced liquidation, not human managers make decisions about the outlook for rates at midnight ET.
